Terms and Conditions for Fuel of Change LLC

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of all services, products, recordings, photos, and courses provided by Fuel of Change LLC ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), co-founded by Ariela Rios / Arie Rivers. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or using any courses, recordings, photos, or other content provided by Fuel of Change LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Fuel of Change LLC, including but not limited to recordings, photos, videos, courses, written materials, and other educational resources, is the exclusive property of Fuel of Change LLC.

  • You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access and use the materials for personal and educational purposes only.

  • You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, publish, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission from Fuel of Change LLC.

3. Use of Recordings, Photos, and Course Materials

Fuel of Change LLC reserves the right to record all events, workshops, and online or in-person courses for educational and marketing purposes. By participating in any of these events, you consent to the following:

  • Your voice, image, or likeness may be used in any recordings, photographs, or marketing materials.

  • All recordings, photos, and other media remain the intellectual property of Fuel of Change LLC.

  • You may not distribute or repurpose these recordings or images for commercial use without express written consent.

4. Course Purchases and Access

Once purchased, course materials are available for a specified time period as stated at the time of purchase. Refunds are not available.

  • Course materials are for individual use only. Sharing your login information or course access with others is prohibited.

  • We reserve the right to revoke access if we detect misuse, including unauthorized sharing of content.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Workshops and Events: Registrations for live workshops and events may be canceled up to 3 days before the event for a full refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations after this period.

  • If an event was created and cancelled by the host a full refund will be made.

  • Courses: Refund requests for courses are subject to review on a case-by-case basis.

6. Disclaimer: No Medical Advice

Fuel of Change LLC and Ariela Rios / Arie Rivers are not licensed medical professionals, doctors, psychologists, or therapists. All information, courses, recordings, and guidance provided through our services are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not intended as medical advice or to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical conditions.

7. Liability for Injuries

By participating in any Fuel of Change LLC events, workshops, or courses, whether online or in person, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Assumption of Risk: You understand that participation in these events, including physical activities or practices, may involve inherent risks, such as physical injury or emotional discomfort. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, that may result from your participation.

  • Release of Liability: Fuel of Change LLC, Ariela Rios / Arie Rivers, and any associated parties shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during your participation in events, workshops, courses, or any related activities, either online or in person.

  • Personal Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that you are physically and mentally fit to participate in any activities offered through Fuel of Change LLC. If you experience any discomfort or physical issues, you should discontinue participation immediately and seek medical advice.

8. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Fuel of Change LLC will not share or sell your personal information without your consent, except as required by law. We collect personal information to provide you with services, process payments, and improve our offerings.
